Reservations & Cancellations
Extensive and/or multiple salon services may require a major credit card to secure your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify me 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of a percentage (50%) of the service total. For a "no show", your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of services.
As a courtesy, my scheduling system will send out and email and text (SMS) to confirm your scheduled appointment at least one business day prior to your appointment. If I or my scheduling system are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. I will do my best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, I encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
I always welcome and encourage walk-in guests! However, if availability is limited, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.
I cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.
Forms of Payment
I reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Venmo, and personal checks with valid ID. Sorry, I do not accept Discover and American Express.
I have a NO refund policy on all services completed at my studio. I offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion. Please note, I will inform every guest on hair color services that require multiple sessions to achieve a desired goal.
Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each guest. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. I greatly appreciate your generosity!
